While Wilmington is mostly known for it's gorgeous coastal and historic settings, there are several local stylists and fashion aficionados that are determined to get us on the map in this arena.

2. TJ Dunn Style Consultant
TJ Dunn is a local style consultant, stylist, and contributing fashion write for Men, Ink Magazine. He made a big splash in April of 2014 when he spearheaded the inaugural Wilmington Fashion Weekend, which brought hundreds of local designers, boutiques, stylists, artists and the Wilmington community together for an epic fashion weekend full of fashion shows, parties and events in an effort to get Wilmington on the map for fashion in the Southeast.

3. Fresh and Precious Blog
This is a local blog started by two former UNCW students, Michael Deininger-Bell and Courtney McGovern. While both have since moved to New York City and San Francisco to pursue their fashion interests, they still frequently post fashion sightings to their blog and social networks. Their style is from fun and funky to just plain outrageous. Some of the best posts offer suggestions with photos of what to wear to music festivals, for Halloween, a fun day on the farm, a derby party...you get the point. Check them out!
